BMC HealthNet Plan offers an affordable, high-quality commercial (private) health insurance program for Massachusetts small businesses, including sole proprietors, seeking coverage for 1-50 employees.  Known as Commonwealth Choice when you enroll through the Massachusetts Health Connector, and Employer Choice when you enroll directly through BMC HealthNet Plan, the six plans offered under the program meet the state mandate for health insurance coverage and offer employers and individuals a variety of cost sharing options.
