BMC Healthnet Plan Members can fill prescriptions at any retail pharmacy in the pharmacy network. The pharmacy network includes over 1000 pharmacies throughout MassachusettsTo find the location and contact information of a specific retail pharmacy, search the informedRx® Network by entering the specific city or zip code location.

Mail Order Pharmacy

BMC Healthnet Plan members may get prescription maintenance drugs sent to them through our mail order pharmacy, informedMail®. These members can obtain a three-month supply of these drugs instead of going to the retail pharmacy every month. Specialty Pharmacy (for Provider Reference only)

Providers may obtain injectables and biotech drugs through our specialty pharmacy network. For more information on which drugs must be obtained through a specific specialty pharmacy or a complete list of drugs that are available through the specialty network, search the BMC HealthNet Plan Formulary.
