Fraud & Abuse Hotline

The purpose of the hotline is to provide a means for employees, contractors, subcontractors, providers and members to ask questions about compliance and/or to anonymously report acts of noncompliance, fraud, waste or abuse. Individuals may call BMC HealthNet Plan's hotline to anonymously report any privacy breaches or concerns about the use and disclosure of a member's protected health information. This hotline is operated by an outside vendor, which uses a toll-free, non-traceable number. The hotline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

By Commuter Rail:
From the North/Northwest - Take the Commuter Rail into North Station. Transfer to either the Orange Line to Back Bay Station or Green Line to Copley Station. Follow the on foot directions below. From the South and West - Take the Commuter Rail into Back Bay Station. Follow the signs for Dartmouth Street. Follow the on foot directions below.

MBTA:

Orange Line:
Get off at Back Bay Station. Follow the signs for Dartmouth Street. Exit the station, cross Dartmouth Street and Copley Place is directly in front you.

Green Line (B, C, D or E):
Get off at Copley Station. Follow the on foot directions below.

On foot from Back Bay Station:
Exit the station, cross over Dartmouth Street and Copley Place is directly in front of you.

On foot from Copley Station:
Exit the station and walk to the intersection of Boylston and Dartmouth Streets. Go up Dartmouth (keeping the Boston Public Library on your right). At second intersection (corner of Stuart and Dartmouth Streets), Copley Place is on your right.

From the North:
Take Route 93/Route 1 South. From Route 93 South take the Storrow Drive Exit. Follow Storrow Drive for approximately .5 miles. Take the Copley Square Exit (this is a left hand exit). Turn right onto Beacon Street. At your 4th intersection, turn left onto Exeter Street and follow to the end (the intersection of Huntington Avenue). The entrance for the Copley Place Parking Garage is slightly to the right in front of you, across Huntington Avenue.

From the South:
Take Route 93 North. Take the Massachusetts Avenue/Roxbury Exit. Turn right onto Massachusetts Avenue. Follow approximately 1.5 miles to the intersection of Huntington Avenue (Symphony Hall is on the corner). Turn right onto Huntington Avenue. The entrance to Copley Place Parking Garage is on your right at the set of lights immediately after the glass pedestrian walkway.

From the West:
Go East on the Massachusetts Turnpike (Route 90). Take the Prudential Center/Copley Square Exit #22. When the exit divides, stay to your right (Copley Square) and you will exit onto Huntington Avenue (the Westin Hotel will be on your left). Take a left at the light and drive around the Westin Hotel, keeping the hotel immediately on your left at all times. At the set of lights just beyond the hotel, get in the far left lane, turn left to enter the Copley Place Parking Garage.


Enter the Copley Mall and proceed to the atrium area. Go to Sky Lobby of the mall, either via the elevator or escalators. Check in with security in the Sky Lobby. Take the tower 2 elevators to the sixth floor. Take a left off the elevators. Go through the glass doors to the BMC HealthNet Plan reception desk.

From the north:

  • Take Route 24 South.
  • Take Exit 12 (Route 140 towards Lakeville/New Bedford).
  • Take Exit 2A onto I-195 East (toward Cape Cod)
  • Take Exit 15 (Downtown New Bedford).
  • Merge onto Route 18.
  • Turn left at second set of lights.
  • Take immediate right on MacArthur Drive to the stone building on your left.

From Providence:

  • Take I-195 East.
  • Take Exit 15 (Downtown New Bedford).
  • Merge onto Route 18.
  • Turn left at second set of lights.
  • Take immediate right on MacArthur Drive to the stone building on your left.

The Bourne Counting House is the four-story, stone building with a large, lower case “b” on its side. There are parking lots on both sides of the building. BMC HealthNet Plan is located on the fourth floor.

From the Massachusetts Turnpike

  • Take Mass Pike West to Exit 6, Springfield.
  • Turn left at the light beyond the tollbooth onto Route I-291.
  • After a couple of miles, look for signs for Route I-91 North. (Stay to the left because I-291 ends and the left two lanes merge into I-91 North.)
  • From Route I-91 North, take Exit 10 (the first exit).
  • Turn left at the stop sign at the end of the exit ramp.
  • Turn left at the traffic light.
  • Turn right at the stop sign onto Birnie Avenue.
  • Turn left into the Birnie Avenue Visitor Parking lot (332 - 360) to park, and walk up to 354 Birnie Avenue. BMC HealthNet Plan is on the third floor.

From the Massachusetts Turnpike

  • Take Mass Pike (Rt. 90) West to Exit 2.
  • Stay right off the Exit, following the sign to Rt. 20 West (Lee, Lenox, Pittsfield).
  • Follow Rt. 20, and after four miles, it merges with Rt. 7 North. (You’ll continue to see signs for both Rts. 20 West and 7 North).
  • Stay straight to go onto South St., Rt. 7 North.
  • Turn right onto Bank Row.
  • Turn slight left.
  • Turn left onto East Street/Rt. 7 South.
  • Stay straight to go onto West Street.
