To ask about or report fraud and abuse This is for members, providers, employees, contractors, and subcontractors to ask questions about compliance and/or to anonymously report acts of noncompliance, fraud, waste, or abuse. Call 888-411-4959. Individuals may call BMC HealthNet Plan’s hotline to anonymously report any privacy breaches or concerns about the use and disclosure of a member's protected health information. This hotline is operated by an outside vendor, which uses a toll-free, non-traceable number. The hotline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
